Our mission is to assist our wonderful clients in achieving their fitness goals. We work with program members to help them lose extra pounds, establish an exercise routine, prepare and choose healthy meals, and embrace a new outlook on developing a healthy lifestyle.

At Walkabout Ridge, not only will you enjoy fun and new activities, you will learn new and creative ways to eat healthy as well. Our program includes delicious meals cooked daily, cooking demonstrations, and take-home recipes to keep you on track!
